HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
If your item can fit into a letter, I ship using hard letters for business documents to ship trading cards, etc. The flat fee for that is $8, and that again includes handling and the materials used (I generally ship trading cards in penny sleeves that are placed into a hard top loader, and then taped to prevent them from being dislodged during transit.) Around the top loader I always place either strips of cardboard or paper/card stock, and then mail them in hard unbendable letters reserved for business documents. This way, it again arrives there as it leaves here.
Single card (cheaper) shipping options are available if all you're interested in is one card.
HOW DO YOU SELECT PROPER SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT?
Simply read the item page(s) and if the description notes any unique shipping costs due to weight or size of the item (etc: statues, guitar, dishes) select "Local Pickup/Digital Download/Already Specified In Listing" on checkout. It will auto-populate with the correct total based on the shipping price specified in the listing. To prevent accidental abuse of the "free shipping" offered via local pickup, either email me first for a custom invoice (email@example.com) or pay the unique shipping cost (and it will be refunded if it is a local sale). If you plan to pick up an item locally, I'll send you back an invoice for $0.00. Sorry for the minor inconvenience, but it's to prevent mild headaches on my end.
-> Likewise, if the applicable item is a digital good, shipping will be reduced to $0.00.
-> Any combination of cards (<50) select "Single/Multiple Card Shipping Flat Rate" shipping ($8).
-> Any items that fit into boxes will be added per box upon checkout ($19 flat fee per box) and accrue accordingly.
Basically, in most instances shipping charges should populate automatically.
Be mindful though of buying cards + other items, as you'll have to select "Single/Multiple Card Shipping Flat Rate" for the card(s).
DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?
When logical and possible, I do combine shipping. Occasionally, there might be promotions for free shipping on certain items. Most items shipped via the flat fee sent in boxes include insurance and tracking numbers, which will be provided to you when I receive them.
DO YOU ALLOW LOCAL PICK-UP IF I LIVE IN EDMONTON?
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING TO AMERICA?
Maybe. Contact me first if you're curious about something and you're from America for an exact shipping quote. On eBay, I generally charge around $30 for a flat fee for boxes and $20 for letter documents (also mailed through global priority), but it's not as reliable as Canada and sometimes I'm overpricing it (or pricing shipping quotes a lot less). I never want to gauge anyone with shipping costs, so email me first!
2-7 BUSINESS DAYS ISN'T FAST ENOUGH. I WANT IT FASTER!
Contact me again for an exact quote and invoices can be easily changed to include overnight or 1-2 day shipping.
